5. International Orders & Customs Duties (Important)

Kasba Leather ships from Agadir, Morocco.

• Import Duties & Taxes: If you are ordering from outside Morocco (e.g., USA, UK, EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
• Customer Responsibility: Kasba Leather is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
• Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
