At Kasba Leather, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every sandal, bag, and belt is inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop. We want you to love your leather as much as we loved making it.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here is our policy on returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and Unused: Sandals must not show signs of wear on the soles (we recommend trying them on carpet).
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original dust bag or box.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. The Nature of Handmade Leather (Please Read)
Our products are made from genuine, full-grain leather. Unlike mass-produced factory leather, our hides are natural.
- Natural Variations: You may see small scars, grain variations, or slight color differences.
- Not Defects: These marks are evidence of the leather’s authenticity and quality. Returns based on natural hide characteristics will be treated as standard returns (customer pays shipping), not as defective item returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: If we embossed your initials or customized a size specifically for you, we cannot accept a return unless the item is structurally defective.
- Gift Cards.
5. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
We know buying footwear online can be tricky. If your Electra Sandals (or any other model) do not fit:
- Contact us at [contact@kasbaleather.com] within 30 days.
- We will guide you on how to return the original pair.
- Once received, we will send out the corrected size.
- Note: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or if the craftsmanship fails prematurely, please email us immediately at [contact@kasbaleather.com] with photos of the issue. We stand by our work and will replace defective items at no cost to you.
