The Rif — Men’s Woven Leather Sandals Built to Last
Named after Morocco’s legendary northern mountain range, The Rif doesn’t ask for your attention. It earns it.
These men’s woven leather sandals are handcrafted in Agadir, Morocco by artisans who work leather the way it’s always been worked in this part of the world — by hand, without shortcuts. The upper is a full interlaced leather cage: thick strips woven over the forefoot, open sides for breathability, closed toe for structure. The backless slip-on silhouette means you’re in and out without thinking about it.
Dark chocolate brown full-grain leather on a flat rubber sole. Built for cobblestone medinas, stone terraces, poolside mornings, and every surface between. The leather will soften with each wear, deepen with sun, and develop a patina that mass-produced sandals simply cannot replicate.
This is the sandal a man keeps for years. That’s the point.
The Craft Behind The Rif
Every strip of leather in The Rif’s woven upper is cut, threaded, and interlaced by hand. The result is a structure that’s simultaneously rigid enough to hold its shape and flexible enough to move naturally with the foot. The rubber outsole provides grip on wet stone and hot tile alike. The leather footbed molds to the exact shape of your foot over time — no two pairs end up identical.
That’s not a flaw. That’s craftsmanship.

Fit & Sizing
The Rif runs true to size. As a backless slip-on, we recommend sizing down half a size if between sizes for the most secure fit. The leather upper will mold to your foot within 3–4 wears.
Care
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Apply dark brown leather conditioner every 2–3 months. The chocolate leather will develop a rich patina with wear and sun — this is the leather living. Keep away from prolonged water exposure.
